As far as I can decipher, your business plan is to open a gelato place on the top of a precarious mountain where patrons enjoy their delicacy as they absorb the wisdom of an Indian guru?

You don't need to seek wisdom. Wisdom finds you.

A good cinnamon bun and a good cup of coffee can solve most of the world's problems.

(T-minus 55 minutes until I have 40 fresh cinnamon buns. I can't freaking wait.)
